Admission

Admission will be given only to those candidates whose names are registered with the school. Ordinary students are admitted to the beginning of the academic session. Children whose names are registered will be required to appear for an admission test in English, Mathematics & General Knowledge. If the child fails to clear the test, he/she will not be entitled for admission. Merit alone shall qualify for admission. Admission is open to boys and girls if they are mentally and physically fit.

Withdrawals

Application for the school leaving certificate should be made in writing on the prescribed form available from the school by the Parent/Guardian of the student. One month notice or payment of one month total fee is required for premature withdrawal. Clearance certificate regarding payment of all school dues shall accompany the withdrawal form.

The school reserves the right to compel the parents to withdraw a student on the under mentioned grounds :

  • Irregular attendance
  • Bad conduct & indiscipline
  • Bad conduct & indiscipline

Academic years and school timing

  • Academic Year : From 01 April to 31 March.
  • School Timings Summer : 1St April to 25th October.
  • Time : 7.40 A.M. to 1.40 P.M.
  • Winter : 1st October to 31st March.
  • Time : 8.40 A.M. to 2.40 PM.

Note

Tuition fee is charged quarterly in April, July, October and January. Rules Regarding Payment of Fees

  • Fee is payable from 9.00 am. to 12.30 p.m. from 1st to 15th of the first month of each quarter except July
  • Yearly fees/funds will be realised for the whole year at the time of admission.
  • Rs. 20/- as fine will be charged from the Guardian / Parents incase they fail to submit before the due date
  • If the defaulter continues for 20 days the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. Readmission may be done at the discretion of the Principal
  • Tuition fee and other fees will be charged from the beginning of the term even though a child is admitted in the middle of the term
  • Parents are requested to keep a record of receipts issued to them in proof of payment of fees, if needed
  • If the security money is not claimed within six months of school leaving, it will belong to the school.
  • The fees are payable in advance for the quarters.
